Problem:
The client had a trailer load of sensitive equipment that needed to be destroyed and authorized representatives of the agency had to witness the process at all times. The project had to be done within a tight time frame, and they needed a secure e-waste recycler they could trust.Solution:
We scheduled a date for them to drop off the sensitive equipment along with the estimated completion time for the project. We completed numerous documents and paperwork to prove that we are a licensed and secure electronics recycling company. We cleared out a space in our warehouse, provided the representatives with seating, drinks, and a clear view of the destruction process. After nearly eight hours of work, we completed the project a day early and properly destroyed all of their sensitive equipment.Client
